Vehicle Documents

By default, cab9 will allow you to upload vehicle MOT, V5, Private Hire License and insurance against a vehicle record. Files are best-uploaded as .pdf or .png and less than 2Mb.

Document expiry dates can then be tracked in the document expiration section of Cab9.

Expired documents can be marked as such and held on file for posterity or regulatory compliance.

Documents may be downloaded or viewed on the screen as required during inspections. As a cloud-based company, we are filing cabinet & reams of paper averse, so we actively encourage you to make the most of this facility. An additional advantage for chauffeur companies is that when you hold a scanned copy of a Vehicle’s V5 it is much easier to email this to a client when collecting ‘airside’ that it is to have a blind panic trying to find a driver with vehicle documents conveniently about his/her person for that VVIP arriving into Farnborough in an hour!
