Job History
Cab9 keeps a log of every change made to a booking. Each time anything is changed in the booking, it is stamped with the user who made the change and a record of what was changed.
Audit activity can be accessed via ‘edit‘ and ‘history‘ from the bookings screen.
This is for your protection and gives you enhanced information when investigating any service failures. And it certainly helps with the “you didn’t tell me you were outside” queries when you can clearly see that a text message or email were sent upon the driver arrival.
It is also a useful training aid when mistakes happen (which they do) in order to identify what went wrong, and when.
Clients accessing their portal have access to audit. But they will not see any financial changes to a booking made by admin staff within your company.
